Once item is shipped USPS then becomes responsible. If this happens, please contact your local USPS. Refund, replacement cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to USPS. Items returned with insufficient address or not able to deliver will be charged $4.50 to reship item(s). No refunds on any package not deliverable.
