RETURNED ORDERS
All orders are final. I do not accept returns unless a mistake is made on my part on a product ordered. If a product comes damaged contact me immediately. Damage item solution (replacement) request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. message us through ETSY within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items, minimum of 3 photos. We will look into the matter and contact you within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours of placing initial order. After 24 hours’ item will be created and shipped to the address provided at time or order.
